From the ground up
The golf swing should work from the ground up. the feet move the legs the legs move the hips the hips move the shoulders, shoulders move arms, arms move hands, hands move club.
Working your golf ball
This is how it works in my swing.
Strong left Hand Grip
I get more views and comments on this lesson then any other. This was done for my bestest buddy Andrew Sharp. I love you bud. There is always exceptions to most things there has been a few great players that played with a very strong grip. Paul Azinger, David Duval, Ed Fiori, nicknamed (The Grip), to mention a few. These players had lower trajectories and sometimes may have hurt there games alittle. That was just a thought never heard it from them. I have seen four different players win tour events playing cross handed.
Dynamic Balance
Weight shift during the swing is one of the most important parts of the swing. This helps put us in a position at impact that will compress the golf ball giving us solid contact for consistent shots.
PUTTING
Hoping to help you make more putts.
four foot cobra
This just happened, don't try this at home.
The Proper Grip and Release
In thirty plus years of watching professional golf I've seen four people win professional golf tournaments playing with a cross hand grip! I don't teach it but it worked for them. I try to teach a grip I feel is the most natural and the strongest grip even for the weakest player. I teach a neutral grip which allows the hands to release freely and naturally. This helps the body to move through the shot with good timing and rhythm.
Nine Ballflight Laws
I get a lot of comments on this lesson and yes I know all about Trackman.I also understand face before path. I know in my swing the path is the major factor in starting direction. Slower swings such as a chip and pitch swing would be I believe face is major factor in starting line. In full swing I believe the swing path is the major factor because of friction. Trust me this lesson is dead on if you are talking about good golf shots. Watch this lesson and then watch working your golf ball lesson. helps you understand more in detail how it happens.
My Pups
You don't like dogs, you at the wrong website!
My Swing
Slow motion for sure but really great impact position and throughout the swing the positions are very desired for good solid contact. By the way lay this over Jack Nicklaus swing and the postions are exactly the same. I learned to play watching Jack over and over and over again. Will post side by side soon.
Maybe my best lesson
When you pull the club with the lead side you pull the handle, when you push the club with the trailing side you push the clubHEAD. Pulling with the lead side moves the handle faster pushing with the right moves the head faster. I tell you now most good playing Professionals are pulling the club. Alot of pictures and video of great players at impact shows alot of shots with the trailing almost off the club. V.J., Fred Couple, and Phil all do this it tells me that yes they are using the lead hand and side alot more then most that are not Professionals. I think you all should take note of this lesson it is a GOOD ONE.
Preshot Routine
Everyone needs one.
Solid Contact
Comes from a forward leaning shaft at impact.
Putting Thought
Try it
SLOWWW MOO
Fast forward till impact hands way in front of ball. Good for solid contact.

Third lever timing problems
Need some shoulder turn.
A few thoughts on the swing
Teaching the hips to uncoil the shoulders instead of the shoulders moving the hips is a good thing to do to create lag in the clubhead. Uncoiling from the ground up instead of the top down works better for solid contact.
A better understanding
By me helping you to have a better understanding of what makes a solid golf shot this will help you to make better choices as you try to develope your swing. What I mean is this if you know where the clubhead should be at different points in the swing then you can practise moves that will put you in those positions. A better understanding helps!
Picking Golf Coach
Do some research
Putting
WILL HURT
If you are a college coach take notice this kid can play and is looking for somewhere to play.
Way it works for Me
This is the lesson I did on nine ball flight laws and working your golf ball they have been tied together to give a better understanding of ball flight.
Spencer Moore
Spencer, I see the grip causing a lot of the problems. The strong right hand helps the club get behind you early and this makes it move out at the top of swing. This creates an over the top swing.
Making the swing steep, this causes the clubface to stay open allowing the ball to roll up the face instead of jumping off it. Get the grip right first and this will help fix the ballstriking.
Casey Zimmerman
College Coaches have a look at one Halls High Schools finest players. Casey is a very good player and is looking for a college team to play on.
Andrew Kitts
Andrew a very fine player looking for a school to play for worthy of a good look.
Jimmy
This just me hitting some shots. Notice length of swing on Distance Control video notice speed of swing stays same. Notice how high my hands finish in the high shot and how low they stay in the low shot. Ball is forward and stance is open in high shot also open in low shot ball played back in stance. Notice feet line on draw straight and cut. Flag is just right and passed white stake all these were within 15 feet. Thank the good Lord we don't hit it on the back swing.
